Russian Combined Arms Academy Delegation – 6-8 February 2020 A high profile delegation of Russian Armed Forces from “Military Education Scientific Centre of Ground Forces, Combined Arms, Order of Zhukov, Academy of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation” headed by the Academy’s Commandant, Lieutenant General Aleksandr Romanchuck Vladimirovich was warmly received consistent with the rich traditions of Pakistan at Command & Staff College, Quetta. Main highlights of the visit included formal reception and interaction with candid exchange of views from both sides. Followed by a detailed briefing on the training/functioning modalities and administrative/recreational facilities offered at the college, an orientation visit of the college campus was arranged for the delegation. A research paper on ‘Integration of Russia and CARs into CPEC - Challenges and Opportunities’ was presented by a panel of students. Afterwards, the head of delegation, Lieutenant General Romanchuck educated the audience on the history, role, organisation and Functioning of Combined Arms Academy, Moscow through a well structured presentation. The farewell interaction concluded with appreciation by Lieutenant General Romanchuck for the standard of training at Command & Staff College Quetta and the professionalism / confidence of officers of Pakistan Army along with expression of gratitude for the extra-ordinary hospitality extended to him and his delegation. Reciprocating the commonality of interest, importance laid by Pakistan on its bilateral relations with Russia and desire to take it to much higher pedestals was re-emphasised by Lieutenant General Nadeem Ahmed Anjum, Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) , Commandant Command & Staff College.

Under Training Officers ex National Police Academy 28 August 2019 Under training Officers at National Police Academy, Islamabad visited Command & Staff College Quetta on 28 August 2019. The delegation headed by Senior Superintendent of Police Mister Haider Sultan comprised 34 members. Brigadier Zulfikar Shaheen (Acting Commandant) had an exchange of views with the head of delegation before a formal briefing. Subsequently, the delegation was apprised about historical aspects, organisation & curriculum of the college and extra-curricular activities. Before departure, the delegation also visited the College Library, College Museum (Monty House) and the Centenary Monument.

Young Politicians Fellowship Program ex Pildat 5 December 2019 A delegation of six young politicians headed by Mister Syed Mohammad Razi Gilani visited Command & Staff College Quetta. In addition to the historical aspects, they were briefed about curricular and extra-curricular activities at the college. They were also apprised with the measures for intellectual development of the students as well as infrastructural improvements in the college over a century of its rich history. The delegation had an interaction with the Commandant, Lieutenant General Nadeem Ahmed, Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) before a visit to various training facilities and College Museum (Monty House).

Uzbek Delegation - Bilateral Defense Cooperation Plan 8-14 December 2019 An Uzbek Delegation comprising Lieutenant Colonel Khairov Shokir Faridovich (First Deputy to General Officer Commanding of Tashkent Military District), Lieutenant Colonel Sagitov Ravil Rafkatovich (Deputy Head of the Chair, Academy of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan) and Lieutenant Colonel Sadulla Tashmatov (Uzbek Defense Attache to Pakistan) visited Command & Staff College Quetta as observers during conduct of Map Exercise Deewar-e-Aahan II. The delegation appreciated rich traditions and history affiliated to the college, and were equally impressed with the hospitality and courtesies extended during the visit.

Foreign Diplomats ex Foreign Services Academy 9 December 2019 A 52 member delegation of Diplomats ex Foreign Services Academy, Islamabad visited the college on 9 December 2019. The delegation headed by Mister Summar Javed, Program Director, comprised 19 Foreign Diplomats ex 27th Junior Diplomatic Course and 23 Officers from Foreign Services of Pakistan ex 39th Specialised Diplomatic Course. Main highlights of the visit included formal reception and interaction with candid exchange of views from both sides. Followed by a detailed briefing on the training/functioning modalities and administrative/recreational facilities offered at the college, a visit of the college campus was arranged for the delegation.
