ART OF MOTIVATION AND LEADERSHIP

Mr Qasim Ali Shah is an inspirational speaker, a success coach and a practical educationist. He educated the student officers on the concept of motivation and leadership as an art under present day challenges. He opened his talk by identifying the relationship between motivation and leadership behavior and key determinants of positional and inspirational leadership. He highlighted certain challenges faced by present day leaders. He also dilated upon the art of motivating others towards achieving a mission / goal and the tools / techniques which are available to leaders to motivate their under commands. In the end he explained that how a leader can transform self-motivation into group motivation to improve the overall organizational output and also highlighted importance of encouragement and acknowledgment.
