Lieutenant General Muzammil Hussain, Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) (Retired) educated the student officers on security issues related to food, water and energy. After highlighting conceptual contours and certain facts, he dwelled upon major water issues between India and Pakistan and their related implications for the country. He discussed current approach of the Government to address the challenges and highlighted major projects being undertaken in this regard. At the end he proffered way forward to overcome food, water and energy shortage. Talk was followed by an interactive Questions and Answers session.
